I've been know to criticize REKAT for fit and finish in the past. Not now. The carbon fiber SIFU is beautiful. Take care.

I've got two of the original hand-grounds, one Blact-t'd, and a CF/Stonewashed blade. All of them have a real ssmmmooooootttthhh opening. Just might have a little something to do with the mass of the blade??

No doubt the big blade is a challenge to open but I was referring to overall fit and finish of REKAT products. Most of them were a little rough in the past. It didn't have so much to do with function (some of the Hobbits and Carnivours were pretty stiff) but was more of a comment on appearance. This CF Sifu has the best fit and finish I've seen from REKAT, in fact it's excellent in every respect. Hope that explains my comment. I'm being complimentary about this product.
