jarhead, not bad... How about some bigger pics... Don't forget to post some on the SPS... and save some for next sunday too and so on... ITE ...

The CF looks really good in the last frame. CF & Ti, must feel like it's floating in your hand.

Very nice! What is the weight of it vs a normal 110?

Did you also make the pocket clip?

The pictures I have the next size up are just over the 100 kb limit. I am not sure how to upload bigger pics, any suggestions. The factory 110 is 7.6 and this is 4.7 oz.
I did not make the clip, I got it from jantzsupply.com. I started with a 110, drilled out the blade for the thumb stud, nice easy 1 hand opening, thanks to the adjustable tenison on the blade. I am almost finished grinding an S30V tanto to swap in.

Here they are! It's really a nice conversion, thanks for sharing.

That's really cool.

Nits to pick, etch your logo, will look cleaner.

Find a way to burnish the holes so they have an even surface appearance to them. Carbon fiber is tough to work with so I have no idea what to use there.

Throw the clip on the buffer and mirror it up.

Those small details would move this from really cool to a show piece.

Nice work!

The Titanium is nearly impossible to work with. The drill bit kinda skipped along when I was chamfering the vent holes. My metal bandsaw and my 24 TPI sawz-all would not touch it. The CF actually works much easier than the Ti. I don't have an etcher yet, any suggestions? I pretty much copied Leroy Remer"s method of signing his 110's (Thanks Leroy) I prefer the stamping.
The pictures were taken after I have carried it around for a month at least, so there is some scratches. This is my EDC so....
I have a Brass liner CF with no venting which is thinner and lighter and more of a "showpiece" which I will post soon.

I just took the titanium liners out, 2.7 ounces and still feels exceptionally strong! Wow so light.
