This is one of the knives that I make to complete my Carbon Steel Chef knife sets.
The Spec's are;
Steel, 1084 Forged to shape with distal taper blade and full tang.
800grit hand sanded blade.
Blade Height 1 & 3/8"
Blade max thickness 5/32".
Blade length to bolster 7"
Overall length 12"
African Blackwood Rosewood handle with Loveless type fasteners.
416ss Dovetailed bolsters.
Nicely Balanced and a Great fit and finish.
Razor Sharp!!!
Comes with a Zippered Case.

I use vegetable oil on the blade after hand washing.
