If you are Tired of your Stainless Kitchen blades that are hard to Sharpen and dull quickly. I make sets of Carbon steel Chef knives. Serious Home Chefs and Pro Chefs have been asking me to make these for their use.
This is one of my Carbon Steel Carving knives.
The Spec's are;
Steel 1084. I hand Forge it to shape with distal taper blade, and full tang.
800grit hand sanded blade.
Blade Height 1&3/8."
Blade max thickness 1/8"
Blade length to bolster 10&3/8"
Overall length 16."
416 Stainless Steel dovetailed Bolsters.
Cocobolo Rose Wood handle.
Dove tailed 416ss Bolsters.
Loveless style fasteners.
Nicely Balanced and a Great fit and finish.
Razor Sharp!!!
Comes with a Zippered Case.
!!!!!Not Dishwasher Proof!!!!!!
I use vegetable oil on my blades after hand washing.

Hey Dave! Great to see you posting knives again. I love my carver - I actually use it as a sashimi knife and it's perfect in every way.

Thanks For the Nice Comment!!!! I was working hard on building a inventory of Chef Knives for the Blade Show. Now that it is over and I Received my Journeyman Smith rating I have time to rebuild my inventory. Yesterday I forged out 6 Chef knives. Today I will forge out 7 or 8 Smaller Carving knives.
