This is another Nice and Long Pig Roast knife. The Customer that bought the first one liked it so much he ordered a whole set of Chef knives from me.
The Spec's are;
Steel 5160 Forged to shape with distal taper blade and full tang.
1000grit hand sanded blade.
Blade Height 1 & 9/16"
Blade max thickness 5/32"
Blade length to bolster 11 & 3/4"
Overall length 17 & 3/4"
416 Stainless Steel dovetailed Bolsters.
Cocobolo Rosewood handle with Loveless type fasteners.
Nicely Balanced and a Great fit and finish.
Razor Sharp!!!
Comes with a Zippered Case.
Not Dishwasher Proof.
I use vegetable oil on the blade after hand washing.
