My favorite patterns are the Case copper lock and large stockmans but Im not happy with stainless blades. who makes a folder with carbon steel blades?

For starters:

You can get several Case knives with carbon steel. Check their current and past offerings in CV (Chrome Vanadium).

Queen offers some knives in 1095.

Older Winchester and Case Classics are carbon steel.

Boker and several German brands offer carbon steel knives.

I've been very happy with both of my Boker Copperheads in carbon steel. Check eBay for some good deals. I paid about $20 each for brown Washboard Bone and Grand Canyon Bone models.
