card charged, but authorize.net reports an error

Hello.

I've been trying to upgrade my status to Basic Member. I've filled out the Authorize.net page with my personal and credit card info, pressed "submit" and received an error 27, something about address mismatch. In about a second a received a SMS from my bank that my card was successfully charged by "One Stop Knife Shop Louisville".

Could you please check the situation?

Does it mean that you need to do some "manual action" to register me? I'm an international customer, and I was stupid enough not to notice warning "NON-US CUSTOMERS CLICK HERE". I guess that's the reason I'm into troubles.

Sorry, I still don't understand: should I simply wait while you do the manual work, or should I go and buy Gold membership with the old system (in this case - what about $10 already charged)?
 
What he's saying is the money was put on hold by your bank because of the transaction and will be released when they see the transaction was not completed properly.

You will have to (re)subscribe manually, if you want to purchase a membership.
