Have picked up several nice stag handle knives in the last few years, but have never done anything to them. What would you use to maintain them?? Mineral oil? Wax? Anything else? Any input appreciated.

I would probably put them into Danish oil to soak for a day. And then just let them dry - that would be all. Of course that is if you mean fixed blade knives. Would not do anything with folders.

Oils will soak into the stag and soften/darken it.
Paste wax only.
