Caribbean Red

I wonder what the caribean red ones taste like. Its not just about heat, its about the flavor.I love the relish and it is hot but not to hot, imho, but the flavor is fantastic.Changing the peppers is going to change the flavors. However I would love some not cut with mild chilis.
I'll buy a couple gallons of whatever you make because I know you make a dam good product.
If you really want to blow peoples minds then dry the habeneros, soak the dried peppers in denatured alchol, press them, and then put them through a strainer to remove the pulp, evaporate the alchol leaving only the oil behind.I guaruntee it will satisfy even the most die hard pepperhead.

Sounds like a plan to me.  I may a have a source that BBBB Beaver's friend Kook knows he is a farmer who grow Habaneros. I can buy it by the bushel.:D

BOY!!!! Didn't your mother ever teach you to share???????;) :D

Nope....Mom said I could have all the hot pepper I wanted...funny, nobody seems to want much of the type of pepper I can eat. This southern boy doesn't cry over hot relish, unless it's because I'm running out!!!!:D I have been accused of being part Mexican....it's only a rumor, no truth to it:p Bring on the HEAT!!!
