I really love this knife. I have 2 of them, 2 Pioneer 1's too.
The only improvement would be a steel or aluminum lock release,
I'm sure the current plastic one has been researched and tested for durabilty.
But a steel (or aluminum) replacement would definately improve my knives IMO.
Probably just prejudice, but my confidence in the old Pioneer all steel lock release (and lock), is better than the Carnivore.
Maybe a kit of steel or aluminum locking lever and spring would sell, I'd buy at least two.
