Nathan Carothers / Carothers Performance Knives Kitchen Utility Vegetable Knife aka 'Potato Knife' - this is a well-loved / well-used knife - has been the go-to knife in our kitchen for the last 3+ years but barely shows it. Overall in good shape, but edge shows wear from use and sharpening.
