Offering my CPK-DEF up for sale since I already own a full-dress one with satin grind and the whole nine yards! This one is Like-New as in never-been-used.

Condition: has only been admired, fondled, handled and cut a piece of paper in addition to being photographed. For those who are not as familiar with CPK, Nathan QCs his knives by performing the arm hair shaving test before they leave his shop. There may be some faint markings on the blade because of the draw and insertion caused by the kydex sheath which may or may not be discerned in the some of the photos. The finish is the basic tumbled stone washed.

The deal: price is $625 SOLD FIRM / NO OFFERS / NO TRADES (this DEF is also posted elsewhere).

The price is all inclusive of PayPal (G&S only) plus domestic lower 48 states by FedEx with signature requirement (please do not buy if can not sign for the package!). I'm going with the more expensive FedEx option at an added extra markup because of the current situation in which we are in, I think that FedEx shipping is safer on a hard to find CPK.

Shipping to Canada (no other Intl.) may be also be considered at an additional cost to the buyer, based on my sole discretion (probably by USPS)

Finally: I only recommend this DEF as a collector item. Honestly the use for these are reserved to stabbing something other than admiring! If this type of blade is not allowed in your jurisdiction, please do not buy just because you wanna kick some tires!

Nathan had said there will be no more Double Edge Fighters aka the Dagger Grind CPK Fighter. This is a now considered to be a retired pattern so I assume that if you are looking this far into my WTS, you are reasonably familiar with their general specs. These are the add-ons from the preorder:

- Add a bevel to the spine and then sharpen both sides to make it a stabby double edged dagger grind (tumbled): $150 <<< the tumbled and stone washed finish will still show some machining and tooling marks as this finish is a field grade finish.

- Antique micarta scales with black micarta liners: $110 <<< I put a request in for the lighter "streaky freaky" version as shown.

- Upgrade to matte Ti fasteners: $5

- Comes with a MashedCat sheath with tekLok, custom made for CPK <<< I am not too wild about the retention for the DEF, but they do the job. I think that the sheath is the exact same one for the UF too which didn't have the dagger grind so I think that it fits the UF more tightly than the DEF!

Terms of Sale:

1- Must be at least 18 years or older and must know your own State, City and Local laws with regards to purchase, transportation and handling of knives.

2- "I will take it" on here takes priority as far as time stamp goes, then followed by "start a conversation" aka the PM routine. I will ask for your PayPal email address to invoice you, as I prefer this as opposed to you just sending me PP funds.

3- Generally speaking a claim post in here and then followed by a PM gets it BUT it will be my sole decision as to who I do business with. I may refrain from selling to anyone for any reason of my choosing. I prefer to do transactions with well-established paid members. I don't hold onto my offerings for hours on end and if the transaction is not completed and funded within a timely manner of an hour or so, I will then move on.

4- The deal is truly a done deal when both parties are completely satisfied based on true and honest description. You may contact me on the very same day when you receive the knife to inform me if I had omitted to disclose something. (I was on vacation or any other delayed stories will not cut it) I will NOT accept any returns if the knife has been used, abused, dismantled or simply due to buyer's remorse. in case of any return request, the buyer will be responsible fully for return shipping fees plus signature and must return immediately in the same way the knife was received!

5- I will ship with signature requirement. I will not be held responsible in case you will need to visit your local carrier to collect the package, because no one was at the address to accept delivery and then the package gets retuned to sender!

6- Pictures are definitely a major part of the description and condition so please review very closely. More pics will be posted in the next posts:

Cant believe this is still here

No worries :)

This is a specialty knife which not everyone will be able to use. It's more of a want than need plus we are in some really uncertain times, so all being par for the course specially for a luxury.

Just as a point of reference and at the expense of some shameless salesmanship in my own thread:

In the past I used to easily spend up to 2-3 x as much on folders from Shiros of this world. Apples and oranges for sure but as pricy as Nathan's work can be whether directly from CPK or off the secondary, the value which a person gets from CPK is really the bottom line after sticker shock is long forgotten. To find someone like Nathan and his products, is truly a blessing :)

I completely agree on the last paragraph. I’ve spent more than that on Strider, Karrol, and some other’s folders. I’m still amazed every time I pull out my HDMC to go hack crap at the edge of my yard; the overall quality (and I still think the Delta is some kind of voodoo, black magic) and for me at least, the ergonomics. I firmly believe his knives are worth more than what they sell for. And I have no regrets about the three I own (except I wish I would have held off for an HDFK instead of an FK2).
