I recently traded knives with Carpe Noctem. This called for some trust since I sent him my knife to look at, plus cash, for his knife. The total value of my end of the trade was $1,000, so this was no small concern! Not a problem. CN was good to his word, and sent my knife the 2,000 miles we are apart. It was as he'd described, and the whole deal left us both satisfied - and in possession of some very kick-ass Emersons. If you deal with him, you can rest assured that you'll have no problem.

Based upon the quality of his posts here and my short conversation with him on the phone, I felt confident to send him a check for the item he was selling in advance of his shipping it.
