Carry methods for my BK2..

Truly is a very creative bunch of folks on this forum. Always look forward to seeing the work some of you more talented guys come up with so that I can steal your ideas.
 
Soak it with beeswax (or Gulfwax) until it won't absorb any more. Put the knife in while the sheath is warm, form it around the handle and leave it in the sheath until it cools at least an hour. That's how they used to make armor.

It's not a blanket. It's one of my flannel shirts. I know you need to make yourself feel better about your dolphins :D So if it does its a blanket ;)

Yeah I think I remember you saying it was some kinda fancy scarf, right?

Come to think of it, I would agree with you that some of those flannel shirt would make for interesting micarta. I might have to try that one of these days.

sarong actually, from phillipines, hand dyed.

yeah, there's a lot of fabrics and modern materials that might make interesting materials.

i've love to see tyvec used, for instance...
