carrying a folder open in a sheath...

The neck sheaths I make for folders do not cause the blade to open - you do by adding an inertia opening to the draw if you wish - therefore they are not an illegal device. The sheaths with the folder deployed were specificly developed for Law Enforcement Handgun Retention techniques.
