Carved War spike Hawk

This just came to me as I sat around doodling one night and looked fun.

Spike is forged 4 inch 5160 steel spiked blade with a caved face of a bird(Hawk

I tried

). overall head length is 5 3/4 inches

Handle is maple with the wings and tail of a bird (Hawk

I am very interested but I have a question , is the blade/bit edged ? and if yes is it double edged ? Aussie customs will take issue if so and impound it

unless I fill out a request to import which takes around 8 to 10 weeks to get approval.Thanks in advance mate, Jim

To say edged as for a cutting tool no, It is a peircing instrument, the edge bevels down top and bottom, so I beleive there shouldn't be any problem.
