i want to share alittle story of some great costumer service...there's been alot of discussion about knife makers burning buyers,an ect..,take some notes guys,,i asked to buy a knife from a maker claudio-cas i didnt have all the funds so i asked him to hold it for me within a certain time frame,an he agreed,,to make a long story short,,i sold off my knives for funds an he sold the knife to someone else by mistake,,i wont lie i was pist,,, claudio offered some deals to make it right,,but i refused all.i took a loss an i was mad.so he said he wanted to send me a gift,,i thought yah right,,,well guess what came to my door today,,a box from the postman an in it,a gift from claudio..the knife is awesome,i am truly blown away,all claudio wanted to do was keep a costumer happy no matter what,,he paid for shipping an all,so to me he took a loss on this deal..he made a fan out of me..as i read the emails of the transaction i notice he was very humble,an just wanted to do right by me...im saving money to get more of claudio's knives not just because they are beautiful but also his attitude toward his clients,an having them satisfied in his knives an his business..:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
