Case 06247PEN "Premium Jack" (From A Premium Friend)

Three knives is definitely a collection! Nice bunch, Elliott! Tell me, is the 1980 10 dot "squarer" in the handle? Not shaped as "round" along the length?

Charlie,

The '80 10 Dot is a bit squarer, more noticeably along the liner adjoining the blades than near the backspring, but definitely in both areas. The 70's pattern is a bit thinner and better radiused.

I don't know how much of a collection it is per se, but having the two double-ends and the three blade stockman really are nice additions, especially since they are all very nice carry knives.

Friend of mine showed me his a couple of weeks ago, the one he inherited from his dad. Super sweet pattern. I drooled over it for about ten minutes, then bid on several of them on that one auction site when I got home. Didn't win any of the auctions, though.

Excellent bone on these knives and interesting to see that they came in that larger size in those days. The only CASE pen-knife I have is the lowly yellow-handle in cv at 3 3/8" but a fine slim carry knife nevertheless.
