Case 1095 vs Case Tru Sharp

I have knives in CV, 1095 and Tru Sharp. The 1095 took a patina faster than CV. I most often carry either CV or 1095. But the Tru Sharp ever shiney sure looks good with that little orange peel peanut. When it comes to taking and holding an edge, I give a slight advantage to the 1095, then CV then Tru Sharp. But honestly, they are all perfectly fine for a pocketknife.

This is 1095 after a steak dinner. It's easy to keep sharp.

I too haven’t noticed much difference but if I had to pick it would be the carbon.
