I have for sale today my Case 6202 1/2 bare head jack. I love these jacks,very good size for EDC, but I have another. This pattern goes back to the early years of Case, and was discontinued in 1977. The tang stamp reads ‘CASE XX/U.S.A and is a 10-dot, which I believe dates this knife to 1970.
The knife is 3 3/8” long, with a 2 ¼” main clip blade. This knife has reddish-brown jigged handles, which I’ve tried to capture adequately in my photos. They are chip and crack free. The bolsters are nickel-silver, and liners are brass. The blades have a good strong snap open and closed, and nice walk and talk. The knife is very clean with essentially no rust or spots. I purchased this knife about ½ year ago in unused condition. I lubricated the pivot with Tri-Flow. I have carried it a few times, and sharpened the blade once to 17°, but never actually used it to cut anything. It is a solid knife and has many years of use left. It is made in the USA.
