They are used but in very good shape. The tools/blades are all tight and snappy, everything works and is good. The Camper has some small scratches on the covers as is common with Cellidor covers. The tweezer side scale on the Camper is pushed out a bit in the middle from tweezer storage. The Deluxe Tinker was never really used but I took the Camper, you guessed it, camping a few times. Lol
