Something like this? They are fairly inexpensive, made with good thick leather, and come in two sizes. Can't mention the manufacturer on here though. PM sent.

I surprised myself how much I love carrying my knives in that pocketslip. It changes how the knife rests in the pocket and is much more comfortable. I carry it front or back pocket and love it.

I use this simple little sleeve and it has worked well for me. Sleeves can be ordered in various sizes. Not sure if the place I bought it from is a Bladeforums dealer so I will send it by PM.
He also sells a back pocket case that was originally produced at the request of Blues who is one of the moderators here.
