Case Customer Service

That's unfortunate, TedderX. Sorry to hear about this.

I know you got back two functioning knives but how's the quality? Any blade play or other issues besides the crushed boxes?

Blade play was fixed.

However, when one blade is fully open, it's spring isn't flush anymore. Granted, that doesn't effect me using the pocketknife but it didn't have the before. Otherwise, everything else on the pocketknives themselves are fine.

My first experience wasn't so great. I sent an old jack 62024 1/2 in (NOS) to them because the smaller blade didn't open straight out. I got it back 2 days ago. Took about 7 weeks which is ok. The blade opens straight but when fully open there is about 1/16 or a more up and down blade play. I shouldn't have gotten it back like that but don't really feel like sending it back in.

I sent in 2 Ruslocks after last Christmas. Got them back under a month.

Both had blade wobble. One blade was off center with the blade almost rubbing the liner. Another had a loose Case sheild. Case fixed everything. They did a good job.

My only case knife is a true sharp sodbuster Jr, and luckily I didn't have to send it in to fix it.
It had some very slight blade play and I thought about returning it or sending it in, but instead I fixed it myself.
I put a piece of leather on either side of the pivot and carefully compressed it a bit in the vise which tightened it right up no problem.
