It was made in 1973, and is NIB, with paper wrapper still intact, safe kept.

4247FK+ 4--- = "White Composition". In 1973 this might still have been celluloid, though probably is some other plastic.

2-- = 2 blades

47 = 3-7/8 inch serpentine handle die, used for double-end jacks .

FK = fork blade. Case called this pattern a "Greens-keeper's Knife" -- fork for fixing divots, and for weeding.
