Case help

I was looking at a Case knife that was similar to the peanut, except the blades were on oposite sides. Anyone know what this pattern is called?

Do you mean something similar to a Buck 309, except with the dog leg jack handle?

Very similar to the 309.

I believe Case simply calls that pattern a pen knife, particularly a small pen knife, though there's no differentiation between having a serpentine or dog leg handle from what I can tell.
