Tru-Sharp, CV... Just love thy knife and respect thy fellow knife-o-holiac. We all like different things. CV is good steel, so is Tru-Sharp. I prefer carbon, even I live by the sea. A small coat of oil is not too bad job. For one who loves his knives will also know how take care of them and will do that.
Good knife is good knife, no matter what steel its made. Let us all love stainless and carbon knives all and enjoy the beautiful traditional forms Case, Queen, Bose and other's who bring beautiful models for our joy... wether carbon or stainless ^^
And that Humpback Stockman is very nice from. I love that Harvest Orange scales. I like orange generally ^^
