Just thought I would make a quick post about my recent experiance with Case customer service. What a great company. I sent in my Case Marlin Spike folder to have it reground after I screwed it up using a Work Sharp sharpener/mini belt sander( thats a whole other story, didn't like it at all). They went ahead and replaced the blade, repolished, made it look new and sent it back to me no charge. Talk about "above and beyond"! Thanks Case!
 
That is great to hear! I just got two case knives in the mail yesterday, and they are a great value. Nice to know they stand behind their products too
