Case Logo (shield?) is Coming Off of New RussLock

I felt in my pocket for my new (favorite EDC) Case yellow handled CV RussLock and it felt rough. The little metal oval with the Case logo (the shield?) was popped up on one side. I probably could have removed it, but I pushed it back down. I think it might fall out. Here's what my case looks like:

Is there a simple fix for this? This is my first Case knife. I'm impressed with it so far. I think I'll buy another soon. How is their customer service? Should I start thinking about sending this back?
 
Usually when shields start coming off my knives, I pop them out, clean up the shield and hole, mix up a few drops of clear epoxy and glue the shield back in. None of my reglues have ever come out again.
 
OK, I'll see if I can pull it all the way out and glue it back in.
It's real tight in there, not a lot of clearance, so I don't image it'll take much glue. I'll have to be carefull not to use too much or it won't fully seat. I'll use epoxy because superglue has dissolved in water on me.
