I needed yellow. So I took care of it. And since CVamberbonehead sent me the box, I put in a CV Amber Bone Copperhead. Thanks again everyone.

And now comes the showing of my ignorance. The blade is stamped with CS, not CV. I've read several inconclusive posts on it but don't actually know what it means.

They switched from their CV blend to 1095 Carbon, and now they are stamped CS for Carbon Steel.

BTW, that Copperhead is not the one my Grandson gave me for Christmas. It's got a permanent place right here. In fact I just bumped it typing this post.
