Case Peanut or Sod Buster Jr?

I very often carry a large Sodbuster and a Micra. I can't cope with a Peanut for food prep. My son has mine.

The peanut is great for around-town-and-work duty. I find that I use my sodbuster for yardwork only.

I live on a farm, and my knives see some very nasty daily uses. I carry a stag peanut and a stag stockman for general use, but also a black sodbuster jr in my work boot pocket and a bone sodbuster in a leather pouch for use as my "eating knife". Every one has it's uses, and I can't say any one of them is "better" than the other. In reality, the peanut sees the most use.

It seems that the concensus is that...well...there isn't one. It's about 50-50 as to which is what. I'm really leaning towards the Peanut initially however will be adding a sodbuster as well. Thank you all for your input and I will gladly accept more as people see fit to give their advice.

A great testimony

That's one heck of a pair!

I have and love both..... I'm more apt to carry and use the Peanut for most tasks I'd ask any knife. If I was really working a knife daily, I'd opt for the Sodbuster.

If budget is an issue, I have found that the regular Sod Buster Jrs ( black or yellow synthetic ) have usually cost less than a Peanut.
