Case "Rough Black" Humpback Stockman

this one realy grabbed my attention it just looks like an honest working knife not to flashy but not to bland.

Very well put.

That's exactly what attracted me to the knife. That and that nice fat sheepsfoot blade.

You guys are good. Up here in Canada, I try to spin a knife on the table and it springs back to due North!!!

I do the same thing. Knives spin quite well on the marble counter top in the bathroom while I'm sitting on the can...

this knife is so cool
i selected this as a birthday present and i get to actually put it in my pocket on thursday (early birthday:D).
Gum Fuddy looks great; i'd like to pick up a stockman in this handle as well.

I just got few hours ago humpback stockman in pocket worn orange harvest bone. Now this is really nice pattern. I like this one way more than traditional medium stockman. I am surprised how thin the spey blade is. Its like surgeons scalpel...

If you like synthetic, I have a humpback whittler in G10.
Very well done in satin finshed blades and very sharp swedging, none of the rounded tumbled blade stuff!
It has significantly longer secondary blades than other whittlers, which makes them much more useable

good looking case, really we need more black traddys. what is it about spinning the knives, i've noticed ole time collectors spin a knife they are considering buying.--dennis

just got to open up my Case Gum Fuddy Humpback and this thing is cool!
nice and tight with good pull and snap. very similar in size to the GEC #62 four blade Congress pattern. i'll get some comparison pics up some time in the next day. however, now it's time to slip this bad boy in my pocket and head out the door. my lady and i both read True Grit last week and now it's finally time to see the movie :D:thumbup:

True Grit was great
here are the pics, as promised:

and alongside the Tidioute four blade congress in black micarta:

very cool knife and i'm happy that it's stainless. not so much of a condensation concern going in and out of the cold with this one in my pocket
