Up for sale today is a Case Peanut.
This is a classic, model 5120 SSP. It says, 'CASEXX - **SS** - USA' on one side of the tang and '5120 - SSP' on the other. From what the previous owner could determine, this knife was made in the early 1980's. I am not the original owner. There are no visible cracks in the stag handles. The knife has brass liners. Clip point blade with a subtle swedge. She looks to have been carried only a handful of times. It has good snap open and closed. No box. A lot of this verbiage is from the previous owner. He knew way more about the knife than I. I never carried this knife. Nor did I sharpen her.
$50 in the form of a US Postal MO only. Conus only
I'd consider trading for a small to medium canoe style of some kind.
I will try to get a pic up here shortly.----------- Fast forward to now. I have been trying and trying to get a picture displayed. This is the first time I've had a problem but it's also the first time I've tried to use my new-fangled smart phone which seems to be smarter than me. Dag nabit new fangled chit anyway.
My old phone wasn't broke but everybody said, blah, blah, blah, and here I am. No pic.
