I bought these 3 Case stockman knives, they are all categorized as medium stockman, each with a different pattern number, and they range in size from 3 1/4 to 3 5/8 closed. The smallest one is a first 100 made, #63080 (07), the next one is 3 1/2 closed, limited edition (06),and the other one is 35/8 (15). A nice addition to my growing collection of Case knives.

Those look great. I bet the folks in the traditional forum would really appreciate them.

I think Case has at least 5 patterns that they call medium stockman. They range from 3 1/4" to 3 7/8"! Some have rounded bolsters, others more square. I generally never cared much for the typical serpentine pattern, but the harder to find equal end medium stockman always catches my eye. A couple other patterns come in medium stockman configurations, such as the humpback and the sowbelly.

There's a passel of Case lovers in the Traditional Forum. If you'd like this thread moved there, you could click the report post button, triangle with exclamation point in it at the bottom left of your post, and ask for it to be moved.
