Just placed a pre order for one of these-
STAG RAINDROP DAMASCUS SWAY BACK JACK ---- Currently On Back Order ----

Should be a nice factory knife to add to my EDC rotation! Supposed to be available in November some time.
 
This is killing me. I am broke right now. I will have to wait......
 
That should be gorgeous, between the F&F of the knife, the Stag and the Damascus!

Well it's about time. I am really looking forward to this. I think if they added some scrolling on the bolsters too, it take it to another level. Or maybe fluted bolsters.

Last year there were some posts about Case using a new damascus in 2009 that was based on 1095. Anyone know if that is in production yet, and if so, will it be on the new swayback?
 
You lucky guy. I wish I had the funds for one of those right now, I love that swayback pattern. Maybe I'll pick up a CV just to make myself feel better.
 
I was really surprised when I got home from work. Thought they were going to ship in November. New damscus swayback was sitting on my desk. Nice solid walk and talk, blades are centered and damscus looks nice. I took some pictures with my CV version. I wanted to show it off before it gets all scuffed up from use...she's going to work with me tomorrow. No complaints on this one!

Blades came rough with burrs but about 2 minutes on the crock stix and both are shaving sharp. I recommend this one to anyone who likes the swaybacks.
 
mmmmmmmmmmPURDY! Was there ever any doubt that this little pattern would be a popular one for Case? Perfect pocket size for every day carry.;)
