All of these listed have been carried and used. That said, they are all new knives, most less than a year old, none more than two years old.
They have been well taken care of, mineral oiled after use, and have nice clean cutting edges.
I'm not out to make a killing and the prices reflect that. Post I'll take it here, or send an email if you like.
