1965-1969, great walk and talk/strong snap on both blades, the pen blade is a little bent and rests against the liner but it does not rub. The main clip blade is in good shape, sharp and rests to the side in the well but is straight, has minor sharpening marks, side to side is minimal, good for a knife this old.
