Case Warranty Question

It's not as bad as I was expecting. I've seen far worse than that with stag.
Although I do prefer both sides to be close in thickness.

I would recommend calling Case, specifically ask for ext. 6112. Tell them your dilemma and see what happens.

I did send an email earlier today to customer service and repairs along with the pictures in this thread. Waiting to hear something back.

If I don't hear anything soon I'll call and use the provided extension.

Calling is a much better option. They are very nice people to talk to, and very helpful
 
Never got a chance to make the phone call. I did however get an email from a gentleman in quality control about this particular knife.

He's offered to personally replace my knife and pick out another with the best matching possible on the stag scales. All I have to do is send mine in to him. I don't think I can ask for any better than that in terms of customer service. :thumbup:

Once I get the replacement I'll post a pic up in this thread.
