Very nice condition (but used) Case XX 207 boning knife. There are a couple of discoloration spots on the scales that are hard to see in the pics but would most likely be removable with some elbow grease; two spots on the blade, pin points that may or may not polish out. Does not appear to have been sharpened.

Not. When I first saw it I thought "what an awesome little fillet knife", but, to my chagrin there is very little flex...which could be a good thing if you prefer a stiff fillet knife, which some folks do.
