Up for sale today are a few of my Case XX knives. Based on the ‘CASE’ over ‘XX’ from what I’ve determined these were all manufactured between 1940 and 1964. I collected them over the years as I could find them as being in really good shape for the specific model.
Case XX 62042 - $90
This smaller ‘pen’ knife has jigged bone handles, no cracks. Both blades open smoothly, and snap open and closed, with no wobble. The bolsters are nickel silver, and I believe the liners and pins are as well. The larger blade is about 1 3/4” long, with the smaller blade coming in around 1 3/8”.
Case XX 62024 1/2 - *SOLD*
This medium size barehead jack has some beautiful jigged bone handles with no cracks. It is right at 3” closed. Both blades have a strong snap open and closed, with good half stops. No wobble to either. The bolsters are nickel silver, with the liners and pins being brass.
Case XX 6202 1/2 - *SOLD*
This barehead jack is a little larger than the previous listed model, coming in at 3 3/8” overall. Very nice jigged bone handles with no cracks. Both blades have a strong snap open and closed, firm half stops, and no wobble. The bolsters are nickel silver, with the liners and pins being brass.
