Continuing to thin the herd - two more CASE slipjoints:
Knife #1 - This is a nice lightly used CASE XX stamped (1940-64) 6347 Sp Pu pattern. Full size stockman, 3-7/8" closed. Nickel silver liners, nice dark red bone handles with pinned shield. Great snap on all blades. The handles are dark red bone, there is a tight crack at the lower main backspring pin on front (see photos).
This knife looks like it was lightly used and lightly sharpened, full blades with an even gray patina on the main clip blade. The spay and punch blades have the original factory finish with patina and stains. The spay blade has the clear FOR FLESH ONLY etch. Minor tarnish on the backsprings. Case discontinued this pattern in 1975. $80 shipped.
Knife #2 - This is a delrin handled 62048 SP “slim trapper”, 4” closed. Case XX USA 3 Dot 1977 stamp. Blades have original factory finish with patina, lightly used, great snap. Handles have no cracks. Brass liners. This would make a great EDC knife with blades of Case’s famous CV steel. Case discontinued this pattern in two blades and CV in 1990. $32 shipped.
Check or MO only.
