Older CASE 2231 1/2 SAB pattern, heavy jack with saber ground master blade. Great EDC if you like a sturdy jack. Case discontinued this knife in 1976.
I have two knives, these specifications apply to both:
Tang Stamping: CASE XX USA 10 Dot 1970
Pattern: 2231 ½ SAB Jack, 3-3/4 closed.
Handles: Smooth black composition with no cracks or chips.
Blade Snap: Strong snap on both with half stops.
Brass liners, nickel silver bolsters.
Knife #1 - this one is used, lightly sharpened, full blades with patina, great snap. SOLD
Knife #2 - this one is near mint, never sharpened, just has some minor stains mostly on the main clip blade at the spine. This one has collector value as well as user value. SOLD
