Up for sale is this Case XX USA barlow in smooth red bone covers. I believe it is dated 1970, but please check tang stamp yourself to confirm I've identified it correctly.
Great walk and talk, smooth and with strong snap. Little bit of side to side wiggle in main blade, nothing that bothers me. Only the slightest hint of side to side on the secondary blade if you're really looking for it. Springs are pretty much flush in both open and closed position. No cracks in the bone covers. No gaps between covers and bolsters, also flush. About 3 1/4 inch closed.
