Uhh... Smokey? You dropped one over the side again. No it's okay I'll get it for you, thanks for offering though. Just... work on your aim for next time, okay? Okay. Good kitty.

Did I ever mentioned that I'm allergic to cats (cat hair and/or dander)?

My nose is running and my eyes are swelling up just viewing this thread. Gotta get out of here!!!

It also limits the # of women that I can date. LOL! ;)

----------------------------------

Funny thing about women and cats. So, many women seem to LOVE and own cats . . .

An animal that is extremely independent and that they cannot control but so many women can't seem to tolerate a man like that.

WTF? 🤷‍♂️

I guess it's just one of the great mysteries of life.

Do soft, furry men who purr alot and lay around all day, do any better with women?

I think not. Double LOL! ;) ;)

Opened the front door to watch the snow accumulate. Later noticed the cat was in her "hunting" posture...

When I was a kid, we had tons of bunnies around. You would see at least 4 of them munching on grass every night. These days you are lucky to see one at all. I think when a lot of people abandoned their cats during the housing crisis, they inadvertently decimated the rabbit population. There are a greater presence of hawks and turkey vultures around which may be a contributing factor too. Now if they could just do something about these deer, I would appreciate it. ;)

He's just hanging out in the kitchen wondering when I'm going to finally hit the hay so he can be brushed until I fall asleep (by which point he'll either be asleep too, or grumpily grumble and saunter off elsewhere).
