This is a well used but not totally abused RMJ Tactical Loggerhead. I just picked this up but it really doesnt suit me (I prefer traditionals) and I figured someone here will love it for a hard use tool.
The Bad: Coating is heavily worn. Had a bad rattlecan paint job and I stripped it. Handgrip is good but shows some staining from being painted. Has a non-factory kydex sheath in coyote brown, works but doesnt have any good attachment points. It is also missing the skull-crusher endcap (available from RMJ $39). Overall the hawk has dings and scratches from use.
The good: The blade edge and beard edge are in very good condition. It only took me a mild stoning to bring them up to a sharp usable edge. Hammer poll is also in great shape. It might be ugly but as far as a usable tool this hawk is 100%. You can also have this hawk right now for a lot less than a brand new one, RMJ just got a Military order and is 4-6 months out on this model.
