Sal - I have some Catcherman models (yellow and black, full and part serr.), that are all Aus 8A steel. Saw one the other day in MBS-26. Was one later than the other in production, and what was the rationale for the switch? Is one "better" for the application (fishing, primarily)?

Thanks! It's one of the most graceful knives I've used, and I use mine regularly (when the fish are biting, at any rate.....).

Not Sal but can add some info:

Yes the MBS-26 was later production.

It was more flexible than the previous versions and a little more rust/stain resistant.

Just helping out ;)
