Is that a baby Tegu (Tupinambis teguixen) or (Tupinambis merinae) ? Both the columbian B/W as well as the argentine B/W can have a green dorsal color that fades with in the first year. Might be an escaped pet, it happens.

Pit, I found one the other day at work, but it was tiny, maybe 3" with tail, I found it under some garbage/wet cardboard but looked more like a salamander type because it was smooth and slimy. cool pic.
