Yep, it's official.
While I have other trusty and proven methods of adjustment, assembly, dis-assembly, reassembly, etc., I felt the need to own the official armorer's tool. As my collection of XMs and related parts grows, it just seems right to own one. I am a big proponent of right tool for the job, so carried that thinking with me when I pulled the trigger on this little guy.

Good to have I suppose.
Especially while out in the field.
I'd like to get one but I'm saving my
pennies to buy a bronze ti scale for my
XM-24 since I saw the picture of yours.

Picked it up from a big player in online blade sales. It was the only one they had or one of a very few. I just checked the site for you and they are out of stock. Like most things Hinderer you gotta hunt and need a tad of luck.

It may not hurt, if you really want one, to contact Rob for better info.

I checked my more obscure sources, they are out of stock as well. Blade is coming up, I expect that may be the focus of all efforts right now.

I told him if he keeps posting pics of it I am going to start showing the slide show of my summer camp when I was 6 years old.

I'll teach him to keep haunting me with that damn knife.

( just kidding man, post the knife laying on a bear skin rug like partially open and umm......nevermind)

Guys, it is just a precision machined hunk of bronze annodized titanium, I really don't see what all the fuss is about.:D
