Well after a few month its time to see how while its held up
Drumroll.
Couldn't be happier it takes any factory edge and makes it whittle hair even on this Gerber US1 in 420HC!
But, it only refines the apex. I've learned that if a knife doesn't feather hair after stroping its because it needs a new apex for that level of performance.
Also I've only loaded the strop 3 times since I've got it. The stuff seems to last longer then expected.
I am sharpening on average two knives a day currently for the past few months for co-workers, friends and family.
For the average user it should last years.
This is the KSF, DLT stuff.
