CCI quiet 22

I have few extra bricks ( 2000 total) of CCI quiet 22. This is 40 gr 710 fps round nose rounds. Looking for whatever,knives, lights, gear, let me know worst I can say is no.

Do you know if this stuff will cycle in a ruger 10/22?
