CDN Lum Chinese passaround

I guess there was part of the address that didn't make it onto the box, It's now supposed to be enroute to the next person after Kisu.

I keep reading these passaround reports but never seem to get in on the beginning. Is there a specific procedure to participate?

Basically you have to be around when the signup occurs. The canadian Lum signup was a couple of months ago.

When I start one I always put SIGNUP in the title, so look/serach for that. Not everyone does that though so you have to keep an eye out.

Sorry about the delay guys, kinda convoluted reason, but the Lum is off to Keith Montgomery.

My review:

It cuts like the dickens, and it wasn't all that sharp when I got it!! I agree with comments made about it being uncomfortable using it a while because of the clip and the liner. A couple changes I would make aside from that is a textured thumb ramp and something to keep my finger from sliding forward onto the blade. The handle to blade weight ratio really threw me, but I'm not sure if I liked it or not. I buffed the edge a bit and it performed push cuts adequately. I would buy one as long as it didn't have the spyder edge, that would change everything. On a side note thats agreat rig Normark, a little rough on the neck the first couple of times I yanked it out:)
 
This would be a whole lot more entertaining for us all if somebody would post a pic of the knife and/or neck carrier.
 
Normark has just sent the Salsa on my way from the other pass around. It should get here by the weekend, I'll get pics with my digital, but someone else will have to post them.

I'll do the same with the Lum after keith and #3 have thier shots...
